Smallway Medical Centre Planning Application Update

We have been sent the following message with a “Briefing Note” by OG Group acting for Mendip Vale Medical Practice:

Dear Sir/Madam

I am pleased to enclose a briefing note to update you of the current status of the application for the development of Smallway Medical Centre, cross funded by 47 new homes (planning ref 22/P/1142/FUL).

After two and half years of careful negotiations with North Somerset Council, including detailed analysis of the financial viability of the scheme all matters have been considered and the case officer is finalising their recommendation.  

It is critical that the communities of Congresbury and Yatton voice their support for this once-in-a-generation opportunity to secure a step change in GP Services.
